We're Getting Married!

After several months of being in the same campus ministry at OSU, an ice storm stranded us in Disneyland while at a conference. There, we spent 15 hours getting to know each other and our interest began to spark!

After Disneyland, life picked back up, and we began to see each other more often. . . in chemistry class! Needless to say, our chemistry was perfect, and Tristen used her broken spine as an excuse to skip class so we could go on our first adventure to a college student's dream: Hobby Lobby and Burgerville! On the drive back, Reece asked Tristen to make it official. Obviously, she said yes!

After a year and a half, we already knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. Off on the last summer adventure before school, we drove up to the Crown Point Vista House, perfectly in time to catch the last rays of the painted sunset. There, through the wild wind, the question was proposed to an unsuspecting Tristen, and the answer to the ring was once again yes!
