Do we need to bring anything?

Answer

Maybe a lawn chair if you feel like it but it's not a requirement! Dinner will have limited drink options but feel free to BOYB. The Bride and Groom are also collecting recipes!

Want to post photos you take of the night?

Answer

We encourage you to put your phone away for the ceremony and be present in the moment but anything else is free game! Feel free to tag anything you post on social media with #BrechYesWeTiedTheKnot

Do you have any animals we need to watch out for?

Answer

Yes! All of our animals are very sweet and good with kiddos of all sizes! Noodle is a very sweet 35ish-pound grey Schnoodle, he very well may try to jump in your car to greet you, that's definitely his people's fault. He LOVES new people, please don't be offended if he pees on you just a little, he's just very excited to meet new friends! Let one of Emily's family members know and we'll be happy to get you something to clean it up with! He is going to bark at you, but he just likes to talk. There are two small black cats running around but you likely won't see a whole lot of them, they're a little more skittish around new people. If you do catch a glamps of them, feel free to say hi but please don't be offended if they run the other way. You might end up with some kitty prints on your car at the end of the night! Please watch out for the natural wildlife that we share the farm with! They are well fed and nosey and mostly considered part of the family.

Can we bring our own pets?

Answer

Only if they are certified service animals and they must be on a leash the entire time they are with you.

Can we walk in the woods?

Answer

While there are several paths on the property that we have used in the past none of them have been kept up in the last few years and we don't recommend exploring. We'd like to encourage everyone to stay in the large clearing area. As long as you can still see party or porch lights, you should be just fine! If you do feel like you simply must explore, we do ask that anyone under 18 is accompanied by a responsible adult and please keep in mind that cell service is spotty.

Can we fish in the ponds?

Answer

Yes of course! We do ask that you stay on the party side of the property and only fish in the lower pond (it'll make sense when you get to the property) and wrap up any fishing you do when the sun sets. Please refrain from swimming in the ponds, we have snapping turtles. Also, fair warning, if you do go swimming and Noodle follows you in, you get the privilege of giving him a bath before you go home!
