All guests must utilize our shuttle transportation from Solvang and Chumash Casino Resort. Please plan to arrive at your desired pick up location at least 10 minutes early, as buses will depart promptly. Solvang Public Parking Lot #2 (across from Coast Range Restaurant) Pick-Up 2:50 PM – Please arrive 3:00 PM – Bus departs Note: There will be one pick-up only from Solvang. Chumash Casino Resort 2:50 PM – Please arrive 3:00 PM – First pick-up bus departs 3:15 PM – Second pick-up bus departs Chumash Casino Pick-Up Instructions - Park in the self-parking lot - Take the escalators to the bus loading area
If you miss the bus, or know you are going to be late, please text (805) 245-0809 ASAP and we will help you get to the wedding! Do NOT start driving to the venue.
There is absolutely NO parking at our venue. All guests must be shuttled to and from the venue by our transportation, Bill’s Bus. If you miss the bus or are running late, please do NOT drive or Uber to the wedding. Call us and we will assist you. If you require handicap accessible parking or have any additional needs, please reach out to us so we can best accommodate you.
Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.
We want you to dress up with us! Think: "garden party formal". Please no jeans or sneakers. We recommend a block heel due to being on grass and gravel. This is an outdoor wedding, so sweaters and jackets are recommended for the evening! PS - kindly reserve white/ivory/cream colors for the Bride.
We love your little ones, but only children listed on your invitation are welcome to attend.
Absolutely NO outside alcohol is permitted. This includes on our guest shuttles. Please do not bring flasks of any kind, bottles, cans, etc. Thank you for respecting our venue and other guests.
