We are one of those couples who DID meet on Tinder that didn't go weirdly wrong. For this lucky guy, instead of "swiping right" for him, I clicked that "Super Like" star! (So I guess you can say, I came onto him!). We may have told some people that we met at the Galleria Mall in the store he used to work at, Fanzz, with me looking for Dodger gear and him asking for my number. We made up that very realistic story because we didn't know how most people would react about how we really met, plus we thought it would be funny! Little did we know, we would end up here! "Super" in love, and getting "Super" Married! We first met up at Starbucks in the Galleria then he took me to BJs for lunch. The poor guy was starving after hearing me talk so much! We had one day we met at Taco Bell for a late lunch at 4pm and talked until they closed! Then gave me an after-hour tour of the Event Center where he worked, and we walked around Quarry Park, where I refused his sweater (at first). We ended up parked in front of my house talking until 4 in the morning! We call that our "4 to 4 night," when we started to think this "thing" was actually going somewhere. Even though I did accept his sweater that night, he was being such a gentleman and wasn't trying to push anything on me. Very respectful and kind -- and he still is! Things didn't even get romantic until after a month. One night we went driving and Tristan knew a good spot up in Auburn to look at stars and drove up near this State Park. It was a spring night, and it was a little chilly so we eventually just sat in the car. We just talked about where this friendship was going, and I told him "I like where it's at," until I decided to surprise him with grab-your-face kiss! Our first kiss. When he actually asked me to be his girlfriend, it was at a minor league Dodger game in Sacramento on a Friday night when the fireworks went off! I said yes, and it was the best decision I ever made! I will never forget any of these precious moments.
