How do I get to the ranch?

Answer

Windance Cabin is located at 968 County Road 151, Gypsum, CO, 81637. Your navigation may not work if you enter this address. If you are using phone navigation you will want to enter 2112 Why Worry Way Gypsum, CO. We would recommend screenshotting directions to the ranch when you are at the airport. Once you start driving into the mountains you most likely will not have cell service until you reach the ranch. If for some reason you are having trouble, you can drive up higher on 151 Road and you may have cell service up there.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We’ll be planning a few optional activities throughout the weekend, but there’s absolutely no pressure to join anything. Feel free to do your own thing, explore the area, tag along with us, or just relax and hang out at the ranch. We want everyone to enjoy the weekend in whatever way feels best!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at the ranch, we’re not able to accommodate any uninvited or additional guests. We love you all and wish we had room for everyone, but we truly appreciate your understanding as we keep things within the space we have.

Is there transportation to and from the airport to the ranch?

Answer

We recommend that everyone rent a car or catch a ride with someone in the group, as it makes getting around the area much easier. If that’s not possible for you, please reach out to us and we’ll help arrange transportation so you can get to and from the ranch without any stress.

What is the plan for meals throughout the weekend?

Answer

We plan to serve each meal family style. We will do a large grocery run before everyone arrives following the preplanned menu. Please fill out the Google Form with your meal preferences. We ask each guest to contribute to the communal groceries. Google Form: https://forms.gle/MwEbPDk5MUefQwCB7

Do I need to get my own food and drinks?

Answer

If you have specific snacks or drinks you can't live without, please plan to grab those on your way to the ranch from the airport. The closest grocery store is City Market in Eagle & liquor store is right across the street.

What kind of clothes should I pack?

Answer

-Comfortable clothes and layers -Formal outfit for the ceremony -Western outfit for friday night -Bathing suit if you'd like to go in the hot tub -Hiking/Closed toe shoes if you want to join outdoor activities
