Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all RSVPs be in by March 2nd allowing us to give final numbers to our vendors. If RSVPs are not in by this time, unfortunately, you will be marked as not attending, and we will not be able to accommodate you. Thank you in advance!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception are both located at Red Acre Barn.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Of course! We would love to have them! We just ask for a heads up so we are able to add them to the number for the vendors.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If the guest is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes! If they are not listed, we do ask for you not to bring them to help keep it an event for family and close friends.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes. Transportation from Bus Guys will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at the Country Inn and Suites or Hotel Pommier. The bus will be at the Country Inn and Suites from 2:50pm - 3:00pm for pick up and Hotel Pommier from 3:05pm - 3:15pm. Times for bus departure will be listed at the ceremony.
