The Lodge at Eagle Crest

We have a room block at Eagle Crest from 10/23/25 - 10/26/25! To book a room, call the reservations department at 1-855-682-4786 EX 1 then 2. Let them know that you are with the "Twain/Ingold Wedding 2025" and they will give you a discounted rate! Please note that this is a popular location, so we encourage people to book early. We recommend booking for the "Forest Greens Condos" or the rooms at The Lodge (pictures can be found on the website).

Shuttle

Shuttle from Eagle Crest Lodge to River Run Lodge

There is limited parking at the wedding site (5 minute drive or 15 minute walk). We will have a shuttle from 3:30pm to 4:15pm and again from 10:00pm-10:30pm. It will go from the lodge to the wedding venue. You can also call the lodge for a ride if you choose to leave before 10:00pm at 541-923-2453.

Flight

Redmond Municipal Airport

Redmond Municipal Airport is a short 18 minute drive from the Eagle Crest resort. Several airlines, including Alaska Airlines, offer flights to this destination. Be aware that due to the size of the airplanes and demand in the area, flights can be pricey! If you would like transportation from the airport to the lodge there is a van service that is $20 for the first person and $5 for each additional passenger. To make the reservation call the lodge at 541-923-2453.
