There will be a shuttle service bringing guests from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony. The shuttles will leave at 3:50pm and then again at around 4:30pm. Please plan on being on the first shuttle. If the shuttles end up full on the last trip at 4:30pm, please arrange an Uber or Lyft to be transported to the venue. There is a limited amount of seats on the shuttle. The shuttle service will resume from the reception back to the hotel beginning at 9:00pm and will run until the end of the reception. There is a limited amount of seats on the shuttle. The shuttle service will resume from the reception back to the hotel beginning at 9:00pm and will run until the end of the reception. This is where the Bridal Party will be staying.

The group rate is $109/night. Please be sure to click the link to book a room online. This rate is only good until 06/20/2025, after that date the special rate ends. You may also call the hotel directly to book a room, just mention our room block. ***There will not be a shuttle leaving from this hotel unfortunately. There will be shuttles leaving from the other two hotels the Hampton and Hyatt, which are just a few minutes down the road from the Wyndam. *** The shuttles at the other hotels will leave at 3:50pm and then again at around 4:30pm. Please plan on being on the first shuttle. If the shuttles end up full on the last trip at 4:30pm, please arrange an Uber or Lyft to be transported to the venue. There is a limited amount of seats on the shuttle. Shuttle service will resume during the reception beginning at 9:00pm back to the Hampton and Hyatt so please arrange an Uber/Lyft from there back to the Wyndam.
