Our venue is actually a dreamy Airbnb property tucked away in the woods. With two charming homes on either side of a stone bridge, and a creek lazily running beneath it, there is beauty no matter where you look. The property stretches across 10 acres of land, backing right up to the breathtaking Ouachita National Forest. It’s the perfect mix of romance, pure bliss, and the awe of all God's creations. We can't wait to share these views with you!
The ceremony will take place a bit further away from the house, while the reception will be closer to the main house! Don’t worry—it’s all within easy walking distance, so you can leave your hiking boots at home. Just be sure to wear and/or bring adequate shoes for an outdoor celebration!
Early September in Broken Bow tends to be warm, with daytime highs averaging between 85° and 90° Fahrenheit. Evening temperatures are cooler, usually in the mid-60s. With a creek and hundreds of trees surrounding the property, staying cool should be a breeze!
Yes, please! The dress code is formal, but not quite black-tie. Gentlemen, a suit or tuxedo— whichever makes you feel like your best, most confident self is perfect. Ladies, we recommend a graceful evening gown or an elegant cocktail dress. We look forward to seeing you dress to impress!
The bridal party will be wearing black from head to toe, so we kindly ask that you steer away from wearing the same thing, to help them stand out. Feel free to get bold with your outfits—we appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you dress to impress!
We recommend arriving between 4:00 pm-4:15 pm to give yourself plenty of time to park and settle in before the ceremony begins.
As most of you know, the bride and groom are both sober so alcohol will not be provided at the wedding. That being said, if you need a little liquid courage to hit the dance floor or to survive an evening with relatives, you are more than welcome to BYOB. Although, we do ask that you please respect Tristan and Kaylee's sobriety by celebrating responsibly. I think we all know someone (Kaylee) is not afraid to tell you to leave if you cross a line. We hope everyone has an unforgettable time celebrating with us!
We absolutely adore children and they are more than welcome to join us in celebration! However, I can’t promise the language will be squeaky clean—I think we all know that someone (Kaylee again) is prone to letting a few bombs drop here and there. That being said, if you’d rather your little one(s) NOT pick up some colorful new vocabulary over the weekend, we totally understand if you choose to hire a sitter. Either way, we are excited to celebrate with you!
Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If a plus one has been included, it will be indicated on your invitation and RSVP card!
