Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Monday November 27th. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by November 27th we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date , we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will officially being at 2pm! We suggest arriving by at least 1:30 so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in before we say "I Do"!

What do I do if I'm late to the ceremony?

Answer

At 2 o'clock the doors for the ceremony will be closed and you will be unable to attend the actual ceremony. This will be strictly enforced by Saint John's Resort staff. However, we would still love to have you at our reception with the cocktail hour beginning at 5 o'clock!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Saint John's Resort has a parking lot area for wedding guests!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. If you are unsure, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love our little ones, unfortunately we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family/wedding party at our reception. If you are unsure, when you RSVP through our website you will be able to see if your children are invited. We thank you for your understanding.

What attire should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail to black tie optional attire is requested and appreciated! This means that tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are cocktail dresses and suits (Please no jeans and no white).

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We will be providing a fully open bar with elite spirits, beer, cocktails, and a selection of red and white wines (along with multiple non-alcoholic options and coffee). However, our bartenders would appreciate tips!

Is the seating random?

Answer

Nope! For the ceremony you may sit wherever you please! However we will be carefully arranging our tables so our guests are sat with those they know.
