FAQs

The Wedding Website of Tristan Woods and Jessica Himmelstein
Almost ready to help us send it at the Old Post? Hopefully these will help!
Question

Will the ceremony be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Outdoors, weather willing! The weather in February in SC is a bit volatile, especially temperature wise, so we will be monitoring closely as we get closer. If needed, the ceremony will be held inside the Old Post if inclement weather is expected.

Question

What language will the ceremony be in?

Answer

The ceremony will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Try to arrive a few minutes before the ceremony to allow time to walk over to the wedding garden and get settled.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Free public parking is available throughout downtown Easley. See the travel page for more information.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that the kiddos stay home for this one, but we know this may be difficult for some of our friends coming from out of town to coordinate child care, so please reach out to us directly if this applies to you and we can try to work it out!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No, alcohol will not be allowed at the wedding. There will be a variety of beverages, hot and cold, to choose from.

Question

Isn't there a train in Easley? What happens if the train comes through during the ceremony??

Answer

We'll laugh it off and carry on! If there's crap on the brain, put it on the train. (:
