Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will only be provided from The Desmond Hotel to the reception (at Loch Aerie) and back. Transportation will not be provided to the ceremony (at St. Agnes Church) so car pooling is recommended. The Shuttle service will begin at 2 PM and run until 4 PM from The Desmond Hotel to the Reception at Loch Aerie Mansion. This will run on a continuous loop from 2-4 PM. The shuttle will return to Loch Aerie and provide transportation to The Desmond Hotel from 8 PM to 10 PM on a continuous loop. The max capacity per ride is 28 people, but don't worry, the shuttle will return until everyone is transported!

Are kids welcome?

We are so excited to celebrate with you. We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we regret that we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 10 on our wedding day.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, special requests can be made for those with food restrictions and allergies. Please reach out to the Bride and Groom if you need special accommodations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held in the Catholic church, and proper attire is required. Men should wear a formal tuxedo or a suit. Women should wear either a gown, dress, or a pantsuit. If a gown or dress is worn, women should ensure their back and shoulders are covered.
