What are the COVID-19 protocols?

Answer

Due to the rapidly changing situation, we will post an update to this website closer to the wedding date. We will be expecting every guest to comply with state and federal COVID-19 safety guidelines. We encourage everybody to get vaccinated when they are able to!

Where should I park? Can I park overnight?

Answer

Please park in the Celebrations parking lot. If there is no spots available, you are welcome to park in the field by the church across the street. You may leave your vehicle at the venue over night; however, be sure to pick it up before 10 AM Saturday morning. For ease of travel, we recommend getting a taxi from your hotel to the venue and back!

Is there a dress code?

Not necessarily, but the Bride and Groom would appreciate semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have unlimited tap beer during the reception. Options include: Miller Lite, Bud Lite, and Spotted Cow.

Where should we put cards and gifts?

Answer

Please place any and all cards and gifts in the designated card box and gift area. The card box is kept locked! This area is located to the right hand side of the bar against the adjacent wall.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to come. There will be a kid's menu provided if your child needs it.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, but please make sure to count them on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Are there Vegan/Gluten Free dinner options available?

Answer

Yes. Our venue would be happy to comply with any dietary restrictions. Please indicate any dietary needs on your RSVP.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typically, the weather will be very hot during this time of year. Humidity and rain are also likely, so please plan accordingly!

Will the Ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors near the River. It may be very hot, so please plan accordingly and bring a water if you think it's necessary. The ceremony will last around 25 minutes. If weather does not comply, the ceremony will be held indoors at our venue.
