FAQs

The Wedding Website of Gabbie McWilliams and Tristan Payne
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP via mail-in card by April 5th.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

April in Colorado Springs brings the beauty of spring with a mix of mild and unpredictable weather. Expect daytime highs in the mid-50s to low 60s°F, with cooler evenings dipping into the 30s or 40s. While most of the wedding will be indoors, the cocktail hour will take place outside, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket for the evening. There’s a chance of sunshine, light rain, or even a late-season snow shower, but no matter the forecast, the mountain scenery will be stunning!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 2:45 PM to allow time for finding your seat and enjoying the beautiful surroundings before we say 'I do'!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is taking place in the Chapel just off the Broadmoor property, a short 5-10 minute scenic walk from the main building. If you require transportation for this trip, please contact Gabbie & Tristan and they will arrange for it. If you are staying at either of the other two recommended hotels, please plan to hail a cab or rideshare to the Broadmoor.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Guests that are arriving on Saturday are welcome to park at Pauline Chapel, or utilize valet at the Main Building and walk over. Post-ceremony, guests are welcome to leave their cars at Pauline and retrieve them later, or drive them over to valet at the Main Building.
