What to wear

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! We kindly request our guests to embrace a Formal dress code. Men can wear light or dark suits with ties, and women may choose to wear floor-length or mid-length dresses, or a formal pantsuit. We welcome playful and bright colors in the spirit of camp! No jeans, please!

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, we are working with a transportation company to provide transportation for guests between The Holiday Inn Express to the wedding venue. The Shuttle will pick up from The Holiday Inn Express at 3:45 pm. Please be in the hotel parking lot promptly at 3:30. Following the reception The Shuttle will make return trips to the hotel and any other accommodation in the area at 9:30pm and 11:00pm.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE NEAR YOUR WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

Yes, parking is available onsite, and you may leave your vehicle overnight if needed. We kindly ask that all vehicles be picked up by 12:00 noon the following day.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. While we love your kids, even your teenagers, we thought you might enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a guest to the wedding

Answer

While we wish we could include everyone, due to venue limitations and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those whose invitations specify a guest bring a plus one. Thank you for your understanding.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

In true camp spirit, we kindly ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony. Please silence your devices and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers and videographers to capture all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share those with you!

IS THIS AN INDOOR OR OUTDOOR EVENT?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Catalyst Nature Link. We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, but an indoor option will be available in case of inclement weather.
