We're getting married!

We met at work and were friends for a couple years before the stars aligned and things took a turn for the romantic.

He asked if he could have a hand with something and took my morning tea out of my hands. I looked over and he was down on one knee. I couldn't believe it because I really didn't see it coming. How did he casually just have a normal conversation with me for ten minutes about our upcoming workday knowing he was about to propose? Where was he hiding that ring box? I had so many questions, but only one answer: "YES!" Fun fact: June was a big month for us. Besides getting engaged, we moved in together AND got a puppy.

We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. We'd like to extend a very special thank you to Barrett's parents, Jeff and Marlena, for graciously hosting the rehearsal dinner; and also to Tristan's mom, Debbie, who generously arranged to have our dear family friend, Father Fred Smuda, come and officiate the ceremony. Fun Fact: The day after the wedding is Tristan's birthday and the day after that is Barrett's birthday. Also, Barrett's cousin Tina would like you to know that the day before the wedding is her birthday too. See you in San Diego!
