Keeping it simple but elegant, cocktail style. I personally wouldn't wear heels as it the wedding is outdoors but the reception is indoors so it is completely you to you. However please do not wear teal as that will be the wedding party’s color.
The Ritter family will be cooking Italian beef & deer, turkey & noodles, some pasta dishes, ect. We will be having all the desserts, red velvet cake with chocolate and white cupcakes as well as brownies. We will make sure there are non-pork options as well!
Yes we will be providing most of the alcohol. Though we incourage other to bring a package of something they like to drink.
There unfortaintly aren't a lot of good options here. I wouldn't get a hotel in Pinckneyville as they are not the nicest. Sparta is the closest place with good hotels. We have a few rooms in the Ritter House that will fill up quickly. We also have a camping space if you'd like to bring a tent.
We have a large feild for everyone to park in so nothing to worry there!
If you'd like to gift us we will be a cash for a dance with the bride and groom at the wedding as well as a honeymoon tip jar. However we do not expect you to give money or a present, your presence is enough of a gift!
Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by August 18, 2025 we will have to assume you are not coming as we have to have a final head count for our venue. If you are having issues RVSPing please let as know as we'd love to have you at the wedding! We just want to ensure everyone will have plenty of food, drinks, and a chair to sit at.
