What is the Deadline to RSVP?What is the Deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 7th, 2025. You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on your invitation, or going to the RSVP section of our website. If we do not receive your RSVP by the due date, we will have to mark you as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we need to provide our venue and vendors with our total guest count in ample time for their preparation of the big day. We hope you understand!

Please arrive at 12pm for the 12:30pm ceremony. Upon arrival, we will have champagne and hors d'oeuvres for you to enjoy as you find your seating! The ceremony will then be followed by a cocktail hour from 1-2, and a reception ending at 6pm. We can't wait to eat, drink, and dance with you all!

Dress code is formal attire. No jeans or white attire please. The ceremony will be outdoors with a reception indoors, so please dress accordingly. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up for the big day!

Due to our venue's limited capacity, we will only have reserved seats for those listed on your invitation. With the exception of the wedding party, this will be an adult-only event. While we will miss your children, we encourage you to enjoy yourself and treat this as a date night out! Thank you for understanding!

There will be plenty of food throughout the wedding, including hors d'oeuvres upon arrival, passed plates during cocktail hour, and a seated 3 course dinner at the reception. There will be vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options for anyone with dietary restrictions. There will also be an open bar throughout the cocktail hour and reception. We welcome you to arrive hungry and enjoy!!

The address for Westbury Manor is 1100 Jericho Turnpike, Westbury, NY 11590. Both ceremony and reception will take place here. If you're coming in from New York City, we recommend taking the Long Island Rail Road in. From Grand Central, you can take the blue line toward Huntington, and from there you can either get off at the Westbury or Carle Place stop. Then it's a short 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride the rest of the way to the Manor! If you are flying in to New York, the closest airport to Westbury Manor is JFK Airport. If you are driving in, Westbury Manor has a parking lot you can park in. Uber/Lyft drivers can drop off at this parking lot as well. If you are staying at one of the nearby hotels, Viana Hotel and Spa has a shuttle that can take you straight to Westbury Manor, and if you are coming from the Courtyard Westbury Long Island you can take a short Uber/Lyft ride to the Manor. **Please allot 10-15 minutes for Uber/Lyft to arrive to ensure your prompt arrival.**

We have reserved blocks of hotel rooms through both the Courtyard Westbury Long Island and the Viana Hotel and Spa, which are both approximately 10 minutes away from Westbury Manor. If you would like to stay at the Courtyard Westbury, you can call to reserve a room at (516) 542-1001, or you can reserve through this link: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1728934381051&key=GRP&guestreslink2=true. If you would like to reserve at the Viana Hotel and Spa, you can call them at (516) 338-7777 and tell them you are part of the "Lesso/Bernstein Wedding," or reserve a room through this link: http://www.wyndhamhotels.com/hotels/55421?checkInDate=05/24/2025&checkOutDate=05/26/2025&groupCode=052525BER. Both of these hotels will have a block of rooms together and at a discounted rate in our section of the hotel. *Hotel rooms in our section and at the discounted rate will only be available if booked before April 24, 2025.*

Your presence at the wedding is our biggest gift!! However, we do have a registry listed under the Registry section of the website above, and we will also have a table at the venue for receiving any gifts or cards.
