Our Story
Our story began in 2016 in Pleasant Hill, CA working at Vitality Bowls - A smoothie cafe attached to Trista's Cosmetology School. A seamless blending of açaí and romance began.
Justin strutted into orientation like a smoothie superhero, catching Trista's eye faster than a blade catching a strawberry. Gossiping to her friend about the dreamy new guy, an epic tale of love commenced. We bonded over endless laughs, funky smoothie experiments, text marathons, and car chats that would make any late-night DJ proud.
Life happened and our paths separated. Love brought us back together and it’s been full of adventures, belly laughs, and late nights since.
We’ve traveled, seen endless sunsets, and created memories of a lifetime. A journey filled with highs, lows, and lots of caffeine. Because real love runs on coffee!
As we embark on our forever journey, we wouldn't change a quirky, hilarious, or heartwarming moment. We are a dynamic duo whose love is as bold and unique as a Cruise Wedding!
Who made the first move and how?
Trista made the first move while working at Vitality Bowls asking Justin to help her take out the trash so they could have extra one on one time during their shift.
What was your most memorable date? Trista was working New York Fashion Week and Justin caught a last minute flight to NY. They spent the weekend together exploring the city.
What’s the best meal you’ve eaten together?
All of them… we are MAJOR foodies. How could you pick just one!?
What's your partner's weirdest habit that you secretly love?
Trista- When Justin is in deep thought and bites the inside of his cheek.

What is your favorite activity together? Spoiling our cat Felix, Cooking dinner with a glass of wine and finding new food spots (especially if they serve nachos).
