Flying in: O'Hare or Midway both work.
Getting around: The CTA ("L" + buses) is reliable and easy, Uber/Lyft are great, and the city's very walkable.
Where to stay: We didn't reserve hotel blocks because Chicago has tons of great hotels and Airbnbs at every price point. We recommend the Drake Hotel (info below), otherwise check out these favorite neighborhoods: Lincoln Park (our wedding neighborhood), Lakeview, Andersonville, Gold Coast, Lincoln Square, and Logan Square.
