Question

Can I bring someone with me?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space and planning limits, the invitation is just for you and your immediate family or a plus-one if listed. We hope you understand and are so excited to have you there!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, your kids are welcome, but please make sure you RSVP for them.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and expected to last about 30 minutes, so please dress accordingly and wear shoes suitable for grass. The reception will follow indoors, just a short walk from the ceremony site.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow for parking and to find your seat.

Question

What’s the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

There will be on-site parking available, and parking attendants will be there to guide you when you arrive. No need to worry about finding a spot—just follow the signs and their directions.

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We're having an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry—we’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture it all, and we’ll be excited to share the photos with you afterward. Phones and cameras are welcome again after the ceremony!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to Impress — and Beat the Heat Ceremony by the river, reception in the barn, and summer mountain weather—what more could you ask for? Dress code is business casual to semi-formal attire. Ladies: Lightweight dresses or jumpsuits, flats or wedges. Gentlemen: No need to sweat it—dress pants or chinos and a breathable shirt will do. Jackets are totally optional. Comfort is key, style is encouraged.
