We completely understand some of you may not be able to confirm your attendance until closer to the date, particularly those who are traveling. However, we will require your RSVP no later than June 1st, 2021 in order to confirm numbers with our caterer and venue. You can RSVP online here: https://www.zola.com/wedding/trishandsean2020/rsvp
Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose after the ceremony!
If you plan on drinking, we have set up a Lyft code for our guests to discount your ride to and/or from the venue! You are also able to leave your car overnight at the venue until 11am pst the following day if you do drive to the venue, but we highly recommend utilizing the Lyft service to get back to where you are staying! We want everyone to let loose and have fun, and it is important to us that our guests get back safely! Drop off locations will be at the hotels we have listed in the "travel" tab on our website :).
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
It will likely be mid 70's-80's. Make sure to check your weather app leading up to the wedding week but plan for a hopefully decent day!
Both are at Pine Creek Nursery. The ceremony is completely outdoors in the lower lawn. The reception will take place in an indoor/outdoor setting.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages before dinner is served.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We recommend that you arrive about 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
There is parking at the venue and someone will direct you at arrival! Parking is free.
We will serve beer, wine, and non alcohol choices. Additionally, hard alcohol is prohibited at our event.
We are only making exceptions for family and those participating in the wedding ceremony. We love your kids but need to stay on track with our headcount! Thank you for understanding.
We have invited 220 people to our wedding for anyone wondering with covid safety.
Our ceremony and reception are outdoor, with indoor areas for bathrooms or to get out of the sun.
We can’t wait to have all of our favorite people together in one place! With the current guidelines in mind, we do encourage you to refrain from handshakes, hugs or other physical contact with any guests outside of your household. We have also created our seating plan in line with the current COVID-19 restrictions to allow adequate space between guests during dinner, and will be seating guests together with their close family and household members.
Under the current event restrictions, all guests will be required to wear a mask. We will be providing masks at the venue for your convenience (or, feel free to bring your own if preferred!).
Please be assured that your health and safety is our top priority! Along with adhering to the current restrictions and guidelines, we have chosen to implement the following additional safety measures at our wedding: We will have multiple sanitizing stations set up around the venue, including upon arrival and in each bathroom. We have a detailed COVID-safe plan that has been approved by our venue, and will have a dedicated COVID marshall monitoring the event. Food will be served with Covid guidelines followed. All wait staff and bar staff will be wearing masks and gloves. Our seating plan has been arranged to allow for 1.5m between each table, and we will be grouping guests according to their families and household members.
As of now with the current phase, yes to both! Here are the current guidelines: Dancing is strictly limited at all events to no more than maximum table size for the appropriate phase from the same group on the dance floor at the same time and all must wear masks and remain at least six feet away from any other person. For wedding services, the following dances are expressly allowed: the couple’s first dance and the parent dances. For these specifically allowed dances, only one pair may dance at a time, both must be wearing masks (unless they are a part of the same household)
We hope the majority of us will be vaccinated by this time but as a reminder, having our friends and family there with us to celebrate safely is our first priority. If you feel sick, please stay home and we will be sure to share the wedding video out after! We wish everyone could celebrate with us but your health comes first! We will have masks and hand sanitizer at the ready to ensure everyone feels safe!
