Arrival to Ben Lomond

For those staying on-site at Waterfall Lodge, you can check into your cabins starting at 12 PM. You'll check in at the welcome hub then proceed to your cabin which will be unlocked. The keys along with an itinerary for the weekend will be inside. For those staying off-site, we wish you safe travels to your hotel of choice. See you all at the welcome party!
Wedding Rehearsal for Wedding Party

For those staying on or around the Waterfall Lodge, we invite you to join us for tacos and drinks to kick off the weekend. If you’re staying off site, you’ll need to take the shuttle service to Waterfall Lodge. Shuttle pick up: St Peter & St Paul Orthodox Address: 9980 Hwy 9, Ben Lomond, CA 95005 Pick up time: 5:00pm PST We’ll have ongoing shuttle service to bring you back to St Peter & St Paul Orthodox.

Shuttle to Waterfall Lodge Day of Ceremony

For those staying off-site, there is a private shuttle to Waterfall Lodge on the wedding day. There is no parking at Waterfall Lodge for non-overnight guests, and Ubers/Lyfts are out of range. We have reserved a parking lot at St Peter & St Paul Orthodox where the shuttle will pick up starting at 2PM and drop off at 10:30PM + late night drop off. You have the option to drive and park in the lot of St Peter & St Paul Orthodox, or Uber/Lyft to the lot. The shuttle will pick you up from the lot, and return you there at the end of the night.

Come and enjoy a Central American breakfast followed by outdoor games in the meadow. If you prefer to relax, there will be Karaoke in the barn. If you’re staying off site, you’ll need to take the shuttle service to Waterfall Lodge.
