Peak Season
Please note that a lot of NYC folks head east to the Hamptons and the North Fork for the weekend this time of year. Because of that, we recommend leaving yourself ample amount of time to drive out to the venue — there will be traffic!

Transportation will be provided from both hotels to our venue and back. The shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn at 1:45 pm and the Marriott at 2:00 pm. Alternatively, there will be parking available at our venue, free of charge.

Flight
NYC Airports
New York City has a few airports, but we suggest flying into either John F. Kennedy (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), or MacArthur (ISP). All have various modes of transportation available (i.e. car rental) to get out to the North Fork. But, if you're planning on taking the train out east, we recommend flying into JFK. Take the airtrain to Jamaica, walk around the corner to the LIRR, and continue on the train to Ronkonkoma, transfer or stay on to Riverhead. Check train schedules in advance at lirr42.mta.info.
Train
Long Island Railroad
You can take the LIRR from Penn Station, Jamaica (accessible via the AirTrain from JFK), or Woodside to the North Fork area via the Ronkonkoma line. Transfer at Ronkonkoma to the train heading east towards Greenport, which stops in Riverhead. Buy tickets at the station before boarding or download the MTA eTix app.
Travel Note
Ferry
If you're traveling from New England, consider taking the ferry to Long Island from New London, CT. The ferry arrives in Orient Point, which is about 20 minutes east of the venue and 40 minutes from the hotel. You can also take the ferry from Bridgeport, CT to Port Jefferson, NY.
