We're getting married!

In the middle of the pandemic, Trisha moved 12,900 kilometres away from home, needing a change and a fresh start. She ended up attending Georgian College right in Colin’s hometown. Meanwhile, Colin was working in the trades and was passionate about fitness, but was ready for a change. After hearing about the Occupational Therapist & Physiotherapist Assistant program from his roommate, he applied, and that’s where their paths crossed. Two stories that weren’t meant to intersect suddenly did, and everything just clicked. Since then, life’s been filled with shared routines, Friday night takeouts, and quiet nights at home with their two cats, Cosmo and Olive. On July 5, 2025, in the intimate space of their apartment, surrounded by their furry companions, Colin got down on one knee; no big crowd, just pure joy, lots of jumping, and squealing (mainly done by Trisha). Now, they’re ready to begin this next chapter hand in hand, excited to celebrate their love with all those who mean the most <3
