Is there a dress code?

We would love our family and friends to dress up with us! The dress code is Black-Tie Optional. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, but a suit and tie or cocktail dress is perfect too.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Valet parking will be available at the venue for your convenience starting at 4:30PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, the first trolley will leave the Loews Hotel at 4:30PM, and the second trolley will leave at 5:00PM. The trolley will provide return transportation for guests to the Loews Hotel starting at 11:00PM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the ceremony. Enjoy a glass of champagne before the ceremony starts!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our venue is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. A member of the staff will inquire about any food allergies when taking meal orders at the table. Please feel free to inform them at that time.
