Our love story didn’t creep up on us—it arrived all at once. We met on June 1st through a mutual friend, and the moment Tyler smiled, it just clicked. We talked all night long and went to 2 different places. There was something easy and natural between us from the very beginning. The next evening, Tyler asked if I wanted to grab a late dinner. I (Trisha) was in pajamas and absolutely not prepared for a date, but I got up and got dressed anyway. When Lisa Faye asked where I was going, all I could manage was: “He has a motorcycle.” Of course, we later learned he actually had 3, but that only made the story just a bit better. From that day on, we were together every chance we got. We spent the next few weeks together constantly—talking, laughing, exploring, and building something real without even realizing how quickly it was happening. One of our favorite memories from that time was Trisha's spontaneous trip to Hogrock, Illinois. It was a last-minute decision, and she even dragged Kelsey along for the adventure. It was loud, just a little crazy, and perfectly us. As summer went on, being together felt effortless—like life had finally lined up exactly how it was supposed to. Then came a Tuesday morning in late August. We woke up, looked at each other, and Tyler simply said: “Are we going to do this?” I said, “Yep,” without hesitation. And that was that. We got our marriage license, called an officiant, and by 4:30 PM, we were officially husband and wife. No big production. No overthinking. Just us choosing each other in the most simple, honest, and meaningful way. Then we took off for Disney! Even though we’re already legally married, we’re excited to re-live and share that moment with our family, friends, and loved ones for our first anniversary. Because while our wedding happened fast, our love has been steady, joyful, and absolutely worth celebrating over and over again.
