As Aris scrolled through a dating app, he stumbled upon Trisha’s profile that had a group photo with a familiar face of a friend of a friend, Melissa (who happens to be Trisha’s MOH). After talking to his friend Matt (who’s friends with Melissa) it became their mission, along with other good friends, to set them up. Shoutout to Get Busy LLC. After a few “no, thank yous” from Trisha, she was tricked into a Taco Night where she and Aris met for the first time. Even though it was a short dinner, their interaction was just enough to lead to a first date at Limon in SF and the rest is history.

Trisha had a feeling a proposal was coming (thanks to her big sister Tee) but she didn’t know when and she definitely didn’t expect it to happen when it did. During a family trip to Maui for Sam and JoonJoon’s wedding (Aris’ cousins), a family photo session was planned for the season’s holiday cards. After Adrienne snapped a few pics of Trisha, Aris and Ariann, Trisha was surprised to see both of her sisters at the corner of her eye and that’s when she knew it was happening. There were a ton of happy tears and the couple is thankful that their family and even a few close friends were there to witness the proposal. And for their loved ones who weren’t physically there, they were lucky enough to watch it happen live on Instagram.
