Camelback Mountain
Looking to get a hike in? Camelback is the place to go. There are two trailheads, Echo and Cholla. Echo is known as the "hard side," but neither are particularly easy. Parking can be difficult for both trailheads, so plan ahead and go early!
Papago Park
This park has walking trails throughout it, with the most popular being "Hole in the Rock." Check it out during sunset for the best views! Papago Park also has the Desert Botanical Gardens and the Phoenix Zoo in it, so there is plenty to do in the area.
Buck & Rider Phoenix
A favorite of ours! If you're looking for upscale seafood - this is your place. Happy hour fills up fast, so get there early or look into reservations if you'd like to have dinner there!
Postino's
The perfect spot for a happy hour! Grab an outside table, get a drink and try out their boards! Brie, apple & fig or smoked salmon & pesto are the best. There are several locations around the city.
The Beach House
This is our favorite casual restaurant here! Try out the shrimp tacos, surf & turf burrito, or carne asada nachos.
Scottsdale Quarter
Want to get some shopping in? This is Trisha's favorite place to burn some cash. This outdoor shopping area has tons of stores and restaurants. The boys can check out Puttshack while they're there too, which is a high-tech mini golf place with food and cocktails!
