We are so excited to celebrate with you! Please note that due to the venue's time slot, guests are kindly requested to arrive no earlier than 1:30 p.m. Arriving to the venue earlier will incur an additional charge, so we appreciate your understanding in helping us stay on schedule.
Our wedding ceremony will take place at Kailana Chapel. Following the ceremony, please join us for the reception at the Hilton Hawaiian Village - Tapa Ballroom.
For the ceremony at Kailana Chapel, please park at Sea Life Park. Parking fee is $15 per vehicle. For the reception at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, guests may choose to self-park for $15 or use valet service for $20. Please note: Parking rates are subject to change by the venue.
Please RSVP by Friday, January 9th, 2026 via our website. We encourage you to RSVP prior to this date. RSVPs will only be collected via our website as the system is automated and provides us with the needed time to focus on other important planning processes for our special day. Please reach out to us if you have any issues accessing the RSVP form.
You’ll be missed, but we completely understand that other engagements may be on your schedule. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Each invitation is addressed to those who are invited. Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests and/or ‘substitutes’ , we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
Your presence at our wedding is a bulk testing that we are grateful to have. However, if you would like to help us kickstart our life together, our registry can be found on the “registry” tab in our website. Otherwise a wedding card box will be available at our reception.
Both our ceremony and reception will take place indoors.
We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the day. Our ceremony and reception will take place in two different locations.
We’ll have designated photographers and videographers on-site, so we ask that our guests allow these professionals the opportunity to capture the needed footage during our event without the need to compare with our guests and their devices. As we encourage guests to capture our special moment, we ask that you limit the use of flash photography and going “live” during our event.
We welcome our guests to wear “aloha” casual attire. We encourage our guests to steer away from wearing clothing that is white/off-white (cream/beige) in color.
Following the ceremony, select adult beverages will be available during the cocktail hour from 5pm to 6pm. After that, adult beverage options will be available for guests purchase. We encourage our adult guests to plan accordingly by having cash on hand for on-site transactions.
Both venues are smoke free; smoking is not limited to the use of tobacco cigarettes, e-cigs, vapes, etc. As we ensure the health and safety of our wedding party and especially to our guests with various alignments, both young and experienced, please help us to maintain a smoke free event.
We will have a sit-down dinner with choice of entree. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm options for dietary restrictions or allergies.
