Traveling to San Luis Obispo:
For those who are not driving, the three main options for flights are SLO County Airport, San Francisco International and Los Angeles International.
SLO County Airport is a regional airport and may not have great flight options depending on where you're coming from. But it is just an 8 minute drive to downtown. They have rental cars available, Uber/Lyft is an option and there is some public transportation (buses). We recommend renting a car for your group if you are in town for the weekend!
SFO to the north and LAX to the south are both three and a half hours away from SLO. However, they will likely have cheaper flight options. Again, we recommend renting a car from the airport.
Staying in San Luis Obispo:
We are staying at the Quality Inn Suites Downtown for the weekend. However, we don't have room blocks reserved. You can either stay there or in one of the many hotels or Airbnbs in the area!
