Weekend itinerary

We'd encourage you to come into town on Friday (12/5/25) or Saturday (12/6/25). We have plenty of recommendations in our "Things To Do" section. Please enjoy the city of Austin leading up to our Sunday wedding!

Hotel

Fairmont Austin

We have a block of reservations at the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Austin. It's located 15 minutes from the wedding venue and is where we plan to stay during the wedding. If interested, please book as soon as possible as the negotiated rates are subject to change at the hotel's discretion. For the Fairmont, they charge a $35 daily "Group Urban Experience Fee" in addition to the room rate and taxes, which come with additional services.

Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown

We have a 10 room courtesy block at Hilton Garden Inn. If you're interested in staying here, please reserve as soon as possible due to the limited number of rooms. You can reserve via phone by 1-800-445-8667 and referencing "Yope Wedding Block"

Flight

Austin Bergstrom International Airport

Austin Bergstrom International Airport is Austin's primary airport. Ubers to and from the airport cost around $30 to central Austin. We'd recommend getting there 1.5 hours ahead of any flights out of Austin.
