We're getting married!

Our story begins in Columbia, Tennessee, at what was supposed to be an ordinary Chamber of Commerce networking event. Neither of us walked in expecting anything more than handshakes and name tags—but God clearly had something else in mind. When we met, the conversation flowed so naturally it felt like picking up with someone we had known for years. One “small world” moment turned into another as we realized just how much our lives had quietly overlapped—mutual friends, the same college, similar paths and passions. It was as if all the pieces had been quietly waiting for the right moment to fall into place. That weekend, we went on back-to-back dates—Friday and Saturday night—and from then on, we never stopped talking. A few weeks later, on October 11, Tripp asked Jacey to be his girlfriend in Knoxville, sealing what we already knew: something special was happening. Fast forward to August 9, when Tripp pulled off the sweetest surprise proposal at Belle Meade Winery. With the help of loved ones who secretly gathered to witness the moment, he asked Jacey to marry him. The joy, the tears, the celebration—it was a dream God Himself orchestrated. We both believe the Lord had His hand in every step that brought us to each other. We’ve become best friends, partners, and safe places for one another—growing a love that feels steady, joyful, and full of grace. Our hearts are full, our families are excited, and we cannot wait to see wherever life takes us next… side by side, hand in hand, forever. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!
