There are few and difficult spots. However, downtown Sorrento has a Parking Garage named : Parcheggio coperto e custodito. It is advisable to book a hotel with a parking spot. As Sorrento is a small town, every corner is a walking distance.
It is advisable to rent a car to move around, however since the road are narrow be aware of what type of car you are renting. In Sorrento downtown everything is within walking distance. Local buses and trains are also available and easy to navigate.
It is quite expensive with taxi in Sorrento, but it is an option. A few ubers are also available.
