The Wests

FAQs

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, truly! However, we respectfully request that this be an adults-only celebration for guests ages 16 and older.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our family and friends get dressed up with us for the special occasion. Think semi-formal attire with light, romantic, garden-inspired touches. Midi or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, flowy pants, floral prints, soft summer colors, and lightweight fabrics are perfect. For gentlemen, suits or dress pants with a button-down (ties optional). No denim please! Our ceremony will be outdoors, and the dance floor will be on the patio, so please plan footwear accordingly. Block heels, wedges, flats, loafers, boat shoes, oxfords, and polished boots are great options. No sneakers please!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to a limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know by selecting "will not attend" under the RSVP section, so that we can plan accordingly. Kindly RSVP by Sunday, May 24, 2026, as we won’t be able to accommodate responses received after this date.

Question

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing drinks for our guests to enjoy.

Question

May we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or using cell phones during our ceremony. Please be fully present with us in this moment — we will gladly share professional photos afterward.

Question

What accommodations are available?

Answer

We do not have a formal hotel block reserved. However, for guests traveling from out of town, we recommend staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Caldwell.
