What happens if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by the deadline, we won’t be able to accommodate you at the wedding. There will be a guest list with security at the entrance, and only confirmed guests will be allowed inside. Thank you for understanding and helping us plan accordingly!

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress comfortably and consider the weather as parts of the event may be indoors/outdoors. Cocktail Attire, Semi-Formal, Black Tie Optional.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, excluding the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!

Please refer to your invitation. If a guest is listed, they’re invited.

Does the Double Tree Hotel offer a shuttle service?

Answer

The hotel does not offer shuttle service to the venue. However, the venue is just a short 2-block walk from the hotel. Downtown Modesto also offers parking garages that are close to the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! A hosted bar will be available from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, followed by a cash bar for the rest of the evening. Please note that no outside beverages are allowed at the venue. Drink responsibly, plan ahead for a safe ride home, and cheers to love and a night to remember!
