Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
There is no specific dress code for our wedding! However, we do ask that you dress appropriately (I.E. No rips in jeans, no hats, and appropriate length on dresses and/or skirts.) ATTN: Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, and it is in May so dress according to the weather. The reception is indoors.

Can I bring a date?

We have a limited amount of chairs available to us. However, If your invite had a plus one listed feel free, otherwise please no extras.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Absolutely! We would love to have your kiddos present for our special day. All children should be listed on invitations. We do ask that you keep an eye on little ones. Our venue does have a pond outside and wildlife likes to roam around, so please keep a safe distance as we don't want anyone getting hurt.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The Legacy has limited parking space. They do recommend carpooling if at all possible. From the parking lot to the indoor venue, there will be transportation available for anyone who may have mobility issues as it is all gravel. No driving or parking on the grass is allowed. All vehicles must be removed form the property by 11:00am the following day (May 12th).

Venue Rules

Please no drinking outside of the venue. This is a rule in place by the venue. Unfortunately if you are caught with alcohol outside of the bar hours you will be escorted off of the premises. The venue is smoke-free. No smoking of any kind will be tolerated by the venue staff. We will be fined if caught, and you will be escorted from the premises. The venue is located near a farm and a golf course. With a pond on premises as well, there is wild-life that roams the grounds. The venue asks to keep a safe distance from these animals to keep anyone from getting hurt. There will be police officers on site during our reception. Please consider this when getting those drinks from the open bar! NO firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed on the grounds. Please keep in mind that this event has been paid for by us. If any damages occur we will be held responsible.
