Trinity and Ben’s story began long before they realized what the Lord had in store. Growing up in the same hometown, their paths crossed often, but everything changed one Friday night during Trinity’s freshman year and Ben’s sophomore year of high school. Trinity was cheering on the sidelines at a football game when, during halftime, Ben turned around and called out, “Hey Williams, you look beautiful.” What seemed like a small moment became the beginning of something special. From that night on, their friendship quickly grew, and before long, they were inseparable. Through all four years of high school, Trinity and Ben were rarely seen apart. They grew up side by side, building a friendship filled with laughter, support, and faith. Even then, the Lord was quietly writing a love story neither of them could have imagined.

What started as a sweet friendship soon turned into something deeper. Trinity and Ben began dating, and their relationship quickly became rooted in faith and friendship. They supported each other through every season of high school from football games and school events to the simple, everyday moments that meant the most. They learned early on how to encourage one another, pray for one another, and celebrate each other’s dreams. Their relationship became more than just dating they became best friends, growing together and trusting the Lord with their future. By the time graduation came, they had already built a strong foundation, knowing that whatever came next, they wanted to continue walking through life together.

After graduation, Trinity and Ben stepped into a new season. Trinity moved to Abilene Christian University, while Ben began serving his community with the Princeton Fire Department. For the first time, they were doing long distance. Though it wasn’t always easy, this season only strengthened their relationship. Through late-night phone calls, weekend visits, and constant encouragement, they continued to grow closer. They learned to trust the Lord with their future and support each other’s callings, even from miles apart. Distance only confirmed what they already knew they were better together, and God was faithfully guiding their steps.

After years of growing up together, walking through long distance, and trusting the Lord in every season, Ben knew Trinity was the one he wanted to spend forever with. Their love had grown steadily over time, built on friendship, faith, and unwavering support. When Ben asked Trinity to marry him, it was the easiest “yes.” What started as a simple moment at a high school football game had become a love story shaped by God’s faithfulness. Trinity and Ben are so grateful for the way the Lord brought them together and carried them through every season. They cannot wait to begin this next chapter, surrounded by their family and friends, and step into the forever God has planned for them.
