Some love stories begin with a grand gesture—Trinh and Hung’s began in a parking lot. Hung was walking out of Valencia Community College, and Trinh was walking in. Something told him she looked familiar, so, like in the movies, he turned around and said, "Have I seen you somewhere before?" She smiled. "Yes, we go to the same church." It turns out, they went to the same church but had never spoken—until that moment. Their first date was at Keke’s, where Trinh got mad at Hung for paying the bill (she didn't know it, but she won major brownie points for that). But what really sealed the deal? The night Hung drove 45 minutes just to bring her Krispy cream donuts and ask her to be his girlfriend—because sometimes, love looks a lot like Uber Eats. From that day on, their journey was filled with love, laughter, and a few “friendly disagreements” (mostly about who should pay for dinner). There were highs, lows, and at least one moment where Hung realized that Trinh is always right—even when she's wrong. But through every challenge, every silly debate, and every unforgettable memory, they always found their way back to each other.
