Most perfect engagement that he could have planned! ♥️💍👰🏻♀️🤵🏻♂️
Good ol’ Facebook dating, yes that’s a thing. Tristan swiped on me first, I remember getting the notification that I had a new like. I remember checking out his profile and thinking “oh no, not another military guy.” I recently talked to a few who had just recently retired from the military and it was awful. I kept looking at Tristan’s pictures and thinking he looks kind, and his profile said “Be in Pensacola in a couple weeks.” After putting the phone down and thinking on it, I decided to swipe right as well. A couple weeks is plenty of time to just talk and get to know each other. When I woke up the next morning he hadn’t messaged me yet, so I took upon myself to message him. I asked, “Are you still in Connecticut or in Pensacola?” I didn’t know how long his profile had been up. He responds back with, “I’m in Colorado.” He was on vacation with friends. We started talking on January 28th and haven’t stopped. Those “couple” weeks before moving to Pensacola turned into 5 weeks, and I never let him forget couple means 2 not 5 🤣! I believe early on we both knew this was the real deal. He felt like home before I even met him, just through text and FaceTime I knew he was my forever. I remember telling him not to use the “L” word before we met, I could tell it was on the tip of his tongue. Believe it or not, I said it first. Once he moved down here I waited for him to say it, and he just hadn’t and I couldn’t wait any longer. Two months after our first conversation I told him I loved him, and good thing he felt the same way. ♥️♥️♥️
