Please RSVP asap! Especially if your answer is "no". This will help us have the most accurate guest count for our venue and caterers. A hard date to RSVP will be May 1st. If we do not hear from you by May 1st, we will mark you as not attending and we will miss you!
Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, only children invited specifically by the couple will be invited to the wedding. If your child(ren) was not included on your invitation, then they will not be able to attend. We want to keep our event as intimate as possible while still including all of our VIPs!
We would love all of our guests to dress in semi-formal attire, following a garden party theme. This means shin to floor length dresses, pantsuits, or skirts. Patterns and fun fabrics welcomed! Suits preferred. Things to avoid: white and grey, casual attire (t-shirts, tennis shoes, jeans). You will not be removed from the wedding for not respecting our dress code, but you may be asked to move during the ceremony so that you do not stick out in any pictures! Our ceremony will be outside so please mindful of the temperature when choosing your outfit. We will have parasols and fans for the ceremony, and the reception will be air conditioned.
Bridesmaids will be wearing pinks, groomsmen in brown. Accents are white, green, and berry!
Yes! There are many parking lots near the venue as well as street parking in the area. We will send out a map of the grounds when we get closer to the wedding.
Yes! There are two parking lots that offer accessible parking and there are accessible bathrooms in the reception hall. The venue just added ramps into all buildings so there should be access to every space.
Please arrive before the ceremony by 4:45pm at the latest to find parking and get to your seats. If you arrive after 5pm, you will not be admitted until the ceremony concludes.
There will be an open bar throughout the night serving water, juice, soda, beer, wine, and rail liquors. If you would like to purchase a more expensive liquor option, you are more than welcome to do so. During cocktail hour, there will be charcuterie snacking cups to grab while you mingle and play games. Dinner will be a BBQ Buffet with three meat options (beef/chicken/pork), three sides, cornbread, and salad. Dessert will be an ice cream sundae bar that includes one dairy-free option.
