When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by February 18th, so we can have an accurate headcount.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation includes a plus one, they will be named and appear when you RSVP. Otherwise, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.

Please arrive at the Ceremony 30 mins before to allow time for parking & traffic.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, if your invite does not specify please arrange for a babysitter.

Do you have a hotel block & when is the booking deadline

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hilton Charlotte Airport & at Tru by Hilton Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe. Details and booking information can be found under the “Travel” tab. Booking Deadline for the room block rate is 3/18/2026.

We want to see you dressed your best! Semi-formal (suits or tuxes (NO JEANS), cocktail dresses or gowns).

There is free and plenty parking available at the Church & Reception.

What will the weather be like?

Welcome to Charlotte, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Charlotte should be beautiful, averaging 75-80 degrees, but will get chilly at night. Please bring some warm layers for the evening. It's also spring, which means rain is likely!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Ceremony & Reception is indoors. Cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor (weather permitting).

What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Feel free to check out Charlotte! If you plan to head to uptown, beware traffic is quite crazy around here. Allow for extra travel time.
