Yosemite National Park
Yosemite National Park south entrance is 18 miles from The Pines Resort and is filled with gorgeous scenery including El Capitan. You can hike through the park to see wildlife and numerous waterfalls. Depending on the time of year you may need to book a reservation to enter the park.
Bass Lake Boat Rentals and Watersports
Year round Bass Lake Boat Rentals rents out kayaks, jet skis, pontoon and fishing boats.
Wishon Point Campground
There are campgrounds on the other side of the lake, near Millers Landing which also has restaurants and boat rentals. This was the first trip Tricia and Jimmy took together.
