What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival starts at 4:00PM. The ceremony will start at 4:30PM - please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes beforehand. Expect drinks/snacks to follow the ceremony and dinner around 6:00pm.

What can I expect at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony is being held outdoors in a mostly unshaded grass field with chair seating. Ceremony will be moved inside if rain is in the forecast. Please check the weather beforehand, but expect warmer temperatures. Dinner will be held indoors in a rustic barn with table seating. Music and activities will be indoor and/or outdoor, depending on weather. There are multiple bathrooms in a mobile unit outside for most guest and an ADA option inside the barn.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Outdoor Semi Formal - dressy yet practical clothing that is comfortable for the setting. Suit options: dress pants, shoes, and a collared shirt at a minimum, potentially in lighter colors or linen for warmer weather. Ties and sport jackets appreciated. Feminine options: a cocktail-length or full length dress, skirt, or jumpsuit, with options leaning toward breathable fabrics and lighter summer colors for daytime events.

What food and drinks can I expect at the Event?

Answer

Dinner will be provided by an onsite woodfire pizza truck, with side salad available. Four pizza varieties will be served buffet style. Dessert will be a selection of Tricia and Jaymes' favorite baked goods. An onsite bar will serve beer, wine, and seltzer. N/A options will be available as well. There is no liquor allowed at this venue.

Yes, there is a gravel lot for parking in front of the venue.
