Forever starts here!

Tony and Tricia met on Plenty of Fish in early 2017. Tricia messaged him first nervous that he wouldn’t even respond. Very quickly they had their first date and instantly hit it off, even meeting up with Tricia’s father on the first date! They became inseperable after the first date & spent time together as often as possible when Tony wasn’t traveling for work. Traveling together to countless places within the first few months of their relationship they decided to take the jump and move in together after only knowing each other under a year. After growing their family by adopting two dogs they decided it was time to buy a fur-ever home that would benefit them and their future family members. The MustardMan name & hashtag come from Tricia’s Facebook friends. She was so smitten over Tony that she blogged their entire relationship to a group of female friends. Tony brought her her favorite mustard brand from Chicago after finishing a work trip that was not available for sale in Texas at the time. So, instead of arriving at the door with flowers he had the mustard bottle & the name stuck. The joke stuck so well that the hashtag was trending & a lot of the friends didn’t even know Tony’s real name! Tricia had been a feeling a proposal was coming because Tony doesn’t really have a good poker face. Just when she had lost all hope Tony had the perfect day planned. He told Tricia to be ready for a date after work and it was all going to be a surprise. He took her to a nice dinner & then they went to go throw some axes. On the drive home Tony was startled at how late it was already & asked Tricia to pull over because he needed to do something before midnight. She pulled into the Stockyards & he pulled out a card with a handwritten note (Tricia’s favorite!) & held the ring up & asked her to marry him. She stared at him & said “Are you sure?” LOL! She reminded him there was no take backs once she put that ring on her finger & he reassured her he was positive. ☺️
