Where is the wedding taking place?

The ceremony and reception will take place at The Glass Factory, 601 Myrtle Ave North, Jacksonville, FL 32204.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black-Tie Optional. Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

Both the wedding and reception will be held indoors.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

The bar will open and cocktail hour will begin! Dinner will be served around 6 pm, with dancing to follow.

Yes, we want our guests to let loose and have a great time!

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks and apps during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious buffet dinner, and of course dessert. There will be beer, wine and mixed drinks available at the bar beginning immediately after the ceremony.

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!

Will transportation be provided? Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be valet parking available for those who drive. The parking lot for The Glass Factory is on the corner of Church & Myrtle which is approximately a (2) minute walk from the venue. Uber or Lyft are great options also! Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, 225 E Coastline Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Our block rate is $189/night. You can find the details on our Travel & Lodging page. If you would like to book your own lodging, we recommend finding hotels or Airbnb’s located near Downtown, Riverside or San Marco.
