2:00 PM — Welcome + Mingling
Arrive, get settled, grab a drink, and enjoy the welcome area. Grab seats at 2:20pm.
2:30 PM — Ceremony
Ceremony begins.
3:00 PM — Photos + Cocktail Reception
Family and bridal party photos. Cocktail reception and open activity flow: poolside music, lawn games, bouquet making, guest book, swimming, lounging, exploring the property, scavenger hunt.
5:00 PM — Dinner
Dinner bell rings, food trucks open, the tent opens, and the DJ starts playing. Food trucks will be open until 8pm.
7:00 PM — Toasts + Dessert
Speeches and toasts begin, dessert opens, slow dances start.
8:00 PM — Party + Dancing
Dancing, hot tub/pool time, and sunset.
9:00 PM — Evening Activities
Fire pit and s’mores station open, fire flow arts, acro, movie night option, DJ dance party.
11:00 PM — Party Moves Inside
Outdoor activities wind down and everyone moves inside. Tea lounge, dancing, jamming, and late-night music. Guests say goodbyes - or stay all night. #teamnosleep
