Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at Windsong Estate Event Center in Severance. Address: 2901 Saddler Blvd, Severance, CO 80524 Located in Northern Colorado, Severance is just over an hour north of Denver. Wedding day timeline coming soon.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 20–30 minutes early so you have time to park, find a seat and say a few hellos before the ceremony starts. Any guests who arrive after the processional has begun will be asked to wait to find a seat until the bride has walked down the aisle.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are only able to accommodate children age 11 and up who are specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please refer to the bride or groom with any questions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP. We wish we could include everyone, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Please refer to the bride or groom with any questions.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs will open when formal invitations are sent. Please RSVP by March 1, 2027 through our wedding website. If we don’t receive your response by then, we’ll send a quick reminder. If we still haven’t heard from you by Friday, March 5, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate your attendance. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us finalize our plans.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested, meaning dressy and polished without being overly formal. We want everyone to feel classy and put-together while still comfortable enough to enjoy the evening. The ceremony will be held on grass (weather permitting), so please keep footwear in mind when choosing your shoes. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing jeans. For color inspiration, we invite guests to wear shades of navy, emerald and forest green, and soft, muted blues, paired with black. Please see the mood board at the top of the page for inspiration and styling ideas. For women, midi, maxi, or classy mini dresses are perfect, along with dressy jumpsuits or pantsuits. White, ivory, and cream are welcome when incorporated into a pattern or mixed with other colors, but we kindly ask that fully white, ivory, or cream outfits be avoided. For men, suits or dress pants with a button-down and tie are great. White shirts are absolutely welcome.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

Transportation to and from nearby hotels is not available; however, there is plenty of on-site parking. We also recommend using rideshare services such as Lyft or Uber for easy travel to and from the venue.

Can I bring Alcohol with me?

Answer

No, all alcohol on venue premises must be provided by Windsong. Any outside alcohol will be immediately confiscated and guests will be asked to leave.
