Sheena and Trey encourage guest to dress comfortably knowing the ceremony and reception are held outdoors. As the events of the night are held on a ranch, it is only fitting we suggest slipping into your favorite pair of boots!
***PLEASE NOTE: There is absolutely ZERO parking on Snake River Ranch as it is a historical site. Therefore, all guests will need to ride the shuttle to the event. A 35-passenger shuttle will run from the Jackson Visitors Center to Snake River Ranch (23min trip) starting at 3 pm. The bride and groom suggest arriving at the visitors center by 4:15 with the ceremony starting promptly at 5:00. Visitor Center Address: 364 N Cache St Jackson, Wy 83001

5:30 pm cocktail hour - Head to the tent to grab a drink and enjoy a round of cornhole while taking in the views of the Tetons! Dinner is coming soon we promise. - The bride and groom ask their direct family to stick around the ceremony for a few pictures to remember our beautiful day.

Reception Details 6:15 pm Dinner - Bring your drinks into the tent and find your table. - Dinner will be served buffet style from one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Jackson Hole, Calico! 6:40 pm Speeches - Speeches by the Maid of Honor, Best Man, Brother of the Bride, and Brother of the Groom. 7:15 pm First Dance - We are taking a different spin on our first dance and are excited to share the moment with all of our guests. We will be moving outside the tent for our dance and ask our guests to come with us and circle around while we dance in the Tetons and have a drone fly over to capture our loved ones around us. 7:30 - 10:00 - The night is yours! Due to the historical site rules, we are not allowed to have amplified music. Please enjoy each other's company, some of our favorite yard games, and a few pieces of Grandma Kothe's famous cake. Shuttles back to town start at 9 pm.

What would be more fitting than bringing fireworks to our wedding? As the night comes to an end find a groomsman to get a sparkler and send the newlyweds off in style with a sparkler send-off. We will form a tunnel of sparklers to send Mr. and Mrs. Kothe into the night! Not done celebrating? You are welcome to stay at the ranch until the last shuttle leaves at 11:00 pm or join the newlyweds for a drink at The Millon Dollar Cowboy Bar in downtown Jackson (25 N Cache St, Jackson Wy).
