Question

Can I bring a plus one (or children)?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with you, but due to limited space, this event is for the guest(s) listed on the invitation only.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to the venue at this time since all of our hotel blocks are so close, and Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful in the downtown Madison area.

Where should I park?

Answer

At the ceremony (The East Side Club) there is a big parking lot. At the reception (The Bur Oak) parking is unfortunately very limited. There is plenty of street parking in the near by neighborhoods that is unrestricted and cars can be left overnight if needed.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony space is outdoors- if heavy rain is forecasted, the ceremony will move to the reception venue the Bur Oak. This decision will be made and communicated the day before the wedding.
